Yes. We have received full planning permission for floating houses for both living and recreation purposes (full use for 12 months).
As you do not own the land on which your floating house is located, you will not have to pay stamp duty.
As a house manufacturer - 50 years warranty, pontoon 100 years
The floating house comes with a fitted kitchen, bathroom, flooring and a standard furniture and fittings package included in the price. We have a partnership with a design agency ........ who/which, together with our sales team, will work with you regarding the design and specification of your house. Changes to specifications may incur additional costs.
We expect the floating house to be ready within 3-6 months from the date of deposit and signing of contracts, depending on customer requirements and production time.
